• Jeff Swain, Innovation Consultant, TLT
  As innovation consultant, Jeff fosters the adoption of new educational technologies through investigation, teaching, and support. He assists faculty and staff with the adoption of ANGEL, maintenance of the ANGEL Community Hub site, and management of pilot projects. He is the lead on Penn State's e-portfolio initiative, an attempt to make portfolios a greater part of the learning experience for students and the professional development practices of faculty and staff.
