When attending a conference, the day the presentation schedule is released is like Christmas. Well, today is our metaphorical Christmas. We are thrilled to announce the program schedule for the 2014 TLT Symposium. This year our schedule features great tracks including Flipping the Classroom, MOOCs, Hybrid Classes, Faculty Fellows, and more in addition to a special track presented by the Center for Online Innovation in Learning. Learn about the ways your peers are using technology in the classroom, discover how technology is being applied across disciplines, and explore ways that technology can enhance pedagogy. New to using technology in your teaching? We have sessions you’ll love as well – from getting started with the Creative Commons to identifying tools for online teaching excellence. What’s more, with Sched (our scheduling system) you can create an account to manage your own schedule for the day, bookmark sessions that interest you, and find out what sessions others are attending.

BIGGER THAN EVER

We’re not kidding (or exaggerating) when we say that this year’s TLT Symposium is bigger and better than ever. This year the Symposium will take up two whole floors and feature more killer presentations than ever before. So just in case having such amazing keynotes as DANIEL PINK and ROBBIE MELTON wasn’t enough, now you can begin browsing two floors worth of top-notch sessions being presented by your peers and colleagues.

LEARN ABOUT TRACKS, OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing more about the tracks and individual sessions, as well as highlighting all of the events and opportunities that make the Symposium so special. In the meantime don’t miss out on Symposium news! Join us on Facebook or Twitter to stay up-to-date with Symposium highlights and news from the greater teaching and learning with technology world, or if you have questions and ideas that you want to build even more discussion around (from “has anyone attending the Symposium used Doceri before?” to “is anyone coming from my campus who would like to carpool?”), join the TLT Symposium Yammer Group. Oh, and if you still haven’t registered, make sure to register soon before space runs out!

Enjoy perusing the schedule program, and we look forward to seeing you in just under 2 months!
